We are a startup that has been profitable since inception.  We are generating approximately $20K/month in net profits.  We are looking to increase that to $100K/month through proper application development.  We are now looking to find hockeystick growth through a highly functioning web / mobile application that will be built to last and create a user experience.  Our goal is to create consistent usage of our application so people can enjoy and trade as a community, and socially.

Our goal is to become the largest network for traders and investors sharing information and helping each other on the internet.

Expect no sugar coating from the founders of this company.  We dont have time to be nice.  We need people who want to achieve results and in return get paid handsomely. Communication will be mostly done through Discord and meetings are made ad-hoc.

,[You will be expected to spend most of your initial time here understanding the architecture and codebase. , You will be spending a lot of your time fixing bugs and making sure they result in permanently working code. , While we are doing this, we will slowly refactor our codebase architecture away from the archaic legacy infrastructure thats causing us to constantly run into bugs. , You will need to lead a team of 2 juniors that currently already understand the codebase. You can extract knowledge from them. You need to be hungry for this position, or else it will not work out. The feature set we have is unlimited, and you will need to prepare for this down the line. , You will be expected to autonomously make improvements to the application from reports from users of bugs and feature problems. , Expect no sugar coating from the founders of this company.
