We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, setting up high-quality appointments with decision-makers, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. This role requires excellent verbal English skills, excellent communication skills, a persistent attitude, and a keen ability to identify and engage with potential customers.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Generation:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Utilize various online tools & databases to source potential leads.
- Generate a steady stream of qualified leads through outbound prospecting & cold calling.
2. Appointment Setting:
- Initiate contact with potential clients and decision-makers to schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that appointments set are with relevant and high-potential prospects.
- Communicate effectively to convey the value proposition of our products/services and the benefits of scheduling an appointment.
3. Lead Nurturing:
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to build rapport and maintain interest in our offerings.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales team on lead quality and appointment outcomes.
4. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Share insights and feedback on lead generation strategies and campaigns to optimize the process.
5. Metrics and Reporting:
- Set and achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and appointment success rates.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes for management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- Persistence and ability to handle objections, turning them into opportunities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and lead generation tools.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in B2B lead generation and appointment setting is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry/vertical the company operates in is advantageous.
