In partnership with an online consulting company supporting clients in the UK construction sector, we are seeking one or two suitable candidates to assist with our new and ongoing projects.



Were looking for someone eager for long-term collaboration, capable of using Adobe InDesign to create Homeowners Guides according to our established templates, and able to interact professionally with clients through emails, calls, or online meetings.



This role involves preparing simple, user-friendly Homeowners Guides (digital manuals) that help homeowners understand how their property works and how to operate key systems like heating, ventilation, or lighting.



A construction background is beneficial but not required; more crucial is your common sense, ability to grasp our video tutorials quickly, and understanding of project complexities.



We operate in English only, ensuring inclusivity in our communication methods.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign

- Punctuality and a keen eye for detail.

- Comfort with routine tasks and a proactive "can-do" attitude.

- Confidence in English communication, accommodating both native and non-native speakers.

- A disposition towards problem-solving, including proactively seeking and suggesting solutions.

- The ability to work under pressure, quickly synthesize information, and use common sense effectively.

- Strong time management skills, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive criticism.

- A serious commitment to our companys vision and the desire for long-term engagement.

Technical requirements include:

- A minimum of 3-5 working hours daily, flexible across Monday to Friday to align partially with business hours.

- Proficient level of English (verbal and written).

- Extensive experience in remote administrative roles.

- Fluent in English, with a home office setup including reliable internet.

- Own a PC/Laptop with at least 16+ GB RAM, running Windows 10 / 11
