Release Manager @ Sii Polska
- At least 5 years of experience in release management or similar roles in software development and deployment environments
- Strong knowledge of release management best practices, change, and incident management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multinational teams
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in software releases
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS
- Fluent in English and Polish, with at least C1 proficiency
Nice-to-have requirements
- Certifications in ITIL, Agile (SAFe), or DevOps practices
