**What will you be doing?**
- Managing environment refreshes from production
- Assigning suitable environments for development & testing efforts to best avoid conflicts
- Liaising with external teams to meet their testing requirements
- Working with development team to manage the non-production services stability
- Managing and monitoring JIRA tickets for deployments in environments
- Spearheading in environment management checklist and processes
- Managing forecasts and delivering checkout of infrastructure and assisting development & downstream teams with UAT Support
**What we’re looking for**:
- Knowledge of MSSQL databases management, UNIX, and Windows OS. (environment and infrastructure management + ability to automate database refreshes)
- Understanding of SDLC and ITIL
- Experience of infrastructure set up for non-production and production environments, including capacity planning, resiliency planning for production environment
- Must be a good communicator, self-starter, problem solver and a team player
**Skills that will help you in the role**:
- Knowledge of relational database systems (preferably MSSQL, Oracle)
- Expertise in AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with source code control systems
- Degree educated
