Since then, it has grown to an organisation with 5.900 staff working in 16 countries.We are now looking for a Regional Learning & Development Specialist in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This position will be based in Prague, Czechia.Job description: * foster close cooperation with CEE countries to address their needs and requests * co-develop and implement learning and development strategy and programs * cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, country representatives, trainers (internal and external), HoLs, training coordinators and third-party vendors * innovate and implement L&D policies and procedures * CEE Point of contact for PD related processes * coordinate regional trainings * collaborate within team which is based in Czech Republic and Poland * build knowledge about learning systems and reporting * other ad-hoc duties and interesting projectsWe require: * university degree (bachelor’s degree sufficient) * native/fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) * good knowledge of learning & development processes (ideally, 2 years of experience) * IT proficiency, including MS – Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. (knowledge of SAP Success Factors an advantage) * relationship management skills * problem solving and decision-making * negotiation skills * presentation skills * ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment * experience in working in large organization * high interpersonal skills * proactivity and good organization of work * critical thinking and creativity * ability to create clear communication * accountability and willingness to learnWe offer: * opportunity to become part of a large international firm and regional team * training in entire work agenda * responsible full-time work, immediate start possible * participation in exciting projects * systematic professional development, language courses, internal coaching and mentoring * Cafeteria system offering CZK 30,000 for travel, sports, languages and other benefits (according to your choice) * MultiSport card, unlimited mobile and data plan, life insurance * possibility of hybrid work after initial training * extra holiday and 3 days of firm-wide leave * team building, social events, and CSR activities (e.g., days off to support non-profits) * work in the centre of Prague in modern offices with terrace, bike room, and relaxation zones
