Red Team Engineer

**About the role**:
You will be preparing and running red team service and red team scenarios within NN Group. You will be simulating a cyber security attacker by creating, performing and reporting attack scenarios. This will contribute in increasing the security position of the group (e.g. by increasing awareness, recommendation of fixes, automating attacking scripts). You will also be responsible to maintain red team infrastructure and participate in Penetration testing activities.
**Your responsibilities will be**:
- Simulates a cyber security threats for NN Group (source - threat intelligence of NN, ATT&CK by Mitre)
- Prepares, sets up and run new red team scenarios dedicated for NN Group.
- IS responsible for knowledge transfer of attack simulations to stakeholders (reporting, lessons learned, automation of the attacks)
- Able to lead workshops - Hacking Workshop
- Develops personal red team specialization and role (e.g. hacking of windows AD, Linux hosts, social engineering, network specialist, DB specialist...)
- Involves in penetration testing execution and security reviews such as: Static code scans, Penetration testing and Dynamic scanning
- Able to lead workshops
- Supports creation, maintenance and development of SSDLC process for (based on OpenSAMM from OWASP)
**Your profile**:
- Mastering of security tools Nmap, Metasploit, Burp, Kali distro,
- Ability to transfer knowledge to software designers, developers and organize the security conferences/meetings
- Ability to write guidelines
- Ability to absorb a new techniques for IT security and provide consultancy about secure design, security principles and how to fix security issues
- Ability to motivate and train the rest of the CoE Members and security audience
