In this critical hybrid role, the Recruitment Business Partner will partner closely with AB InBev, through our RPO WilsonHCG to oversee the end-end recruitment process while acting as a consultant on market trends and the local talent pool.

What will you be doing:
- Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process- Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes focusing on adding value and doing what is best for the client-
- Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met- Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other related administrative responsibilities
What youll bring:
- Highly experienced with managing end-end recruitment in a high volume capacity; shared service center recruitment beneficial-
- High degree of stakeholder management up to Director level- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationships- Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement- Experience with Workday/Avature is beneficial- Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline-driven environment- Possesses strong time prioritization skills, embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when directions and priorities shift.- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills, experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence.- Fluency in English, additional European language is beneficial
