**About the role**:
This is a pivotal role for Mews People Team as we enter the next phase of our high-growth journey. We want you to work with some of our critical teams - Engineering and Product. You will directly contribute and impact business performance by identifying, attracting and assessing the talent we need to scale, working in a sourcing and recruiting capacity.
** Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:
- Contribute to team impacting projects that could be related to changing how we recruit or our employer brand.
- Help us create an equitable recruiting process by adding structure and training our interviewers.
- Develop an understanding of the goals, processes, culture, and skills needed for our teams.
- Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; communicate weekly progress updates to senior leadership.
- Engages in the on-boarding of new hires to promote a positive assimilation experience.
** Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you**:
- Experience in recruiting roles within Engineering and Product.
- An interest in recruiting projects, to create process improvements.
