About the role:
What you will do in the role
- Foster positive interactions with People Partners and People Directors to facilitate accurate and timely requisition creation.
- Conduct informative briefing (intake) calls with hiring managers to manage expectations and set the search up for success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop interview frameworks tailored to each role.
- Participate in online and in-person events, both within and outside of Gen, to engage with potential talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved.
- Contribute to strategic projects driven by the TA team.
- Attend functional briefings and manage relationships with People Partners and business stakeholders.
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or TA partner/specialist.
- Experience using an ATS system, preferably Workday.
- Strong analytical skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively manage stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to engage with VPs and Senior Directors when needed.
- Spoken Czech on B2 level
