In the role of a Quality Specialist, your responsibilities include overseeing quality documentation in the prototype phase, contributing to Quality Prototype planning, ensuring the integration of customer requirements, supporting PFMEA activities, managing supplier claims, and participating in customer events and audits.
**What will be your task**:
- Perform outputs from manufacturing sites and confirm the completion of quality documents required by the customer during the prototype phase.
- Collaborate on Quality Prototype planning, including communication with the customer, internal quality team, and engineering.
- Ensure that customer requirements are incorporated into product specifications and included in the quality management plan.
- Support PFMEA activity to ensure that functional specification requirements are fully met and confirm that controls are transferred to the management plan.
- Management of supplier claims.
- Participation in customer events and audits.
**What do we need from you**:
- Secondary school education with a graduation certificate in mechanical or another technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management in the automotive industry.
- Experience in implementing new projects into production, including prototypes, and visual controlling.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as Control Plan, PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
- Experience in negotiating with suppliers and customers.
- Active knowledge of the English language is a requirement.
