**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Quality Customer Manager, Deputy QM at Magna Cartech in Czech Republic.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for CRR (Continuous Risk Reduction)
- Responsibility for FMEA process
- Participates in the creation and implementation of project documentation (control plan, flow chart, FMEA), inspection fixtures and quality tools.
- Participates in change management coordinated by the Technical Office department
- Manages the sampling schedule of new projects in the pre-series production phase
**Who we are looking for**:
- Provides leadership and development of the APQPs and Quality Engineers team
- Ensures the quality aspect of new projects in the pre-series production phase (Quality Gates: planning, compliance, evaluation)
- Experience in managing people
- Reading technical drawings, specifications
**Your preferred qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Technical high school/university
- ** Experience**: Min. 3 years in the automotive industry
- ** Language skills**: English/German fluent
- ** PC knowledge**: User experience
