Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. **Responsibilities**:
Leadership and strategy
- Develop, implement and maintain the overall QA strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership to the QA team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all phases of the software development life cycle.
Process improvement
- Define, implement, and continuously improve QA processes and standards.
- Identify and recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities.
Quality assurance planning
- Create comprehensive QA plans for projects, outlining testing scope, resources, and schedules.
- Ensure alignment of QA plans with project timelines and milestones.
Test management
- Oversee the design and execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Implement and maintain automated testing processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
Risk management
- Identify and assess risks related to software quality, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
Metrics and reporting
- Define and track key QA metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing processes.
- Provide regular reports on QA status, test coverage, and defect trends to stakeholders.
Training and development
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the QA team. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance.
**Required qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading QA teams and implementing QA processes in a software engineering environment.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester) is a plus. Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are beneficial.

- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
- Experience in defining and optimizing QA processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and their role in ensuring software quality.
- Ability to develop comprehensive QA
