This position will be a part of anasset production Hub built in the CEE region, supporting multiple markets across several countries. You will join experienced, talented, and friendly people, who are ready to share know-how and give a helping hand.

You will play a vital role within our hub, which is focused onenhancing the quality assurance of our web-based and email assets. These assets predominantly feature intricate front-end designs and custom elements, encompassing HTML emails or pages enriched with CSS and interactive JavaScript elements. We are seeking individuals passionate about quality assurance, who are eager to contribute their expertise and offer support when required.

Upon joining, you'll have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with our processes or dive straight into action. You will be supporting a few small teams composed of 2-6 web or email developers working in close coordination with a project manager. As an integral part of the team, you'll have the chance to maintain hands-on involvement (a perspective we highly value and hope to find in our candidates), while also having time to collaborate with colleagues, assist in their growth, and ensure the delivery of exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Testing: Test and validate email campaigns to ensure they render correctly across various email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).

Email Template & Design Testing: Review and test email templates and designs to ensure they meet the required specifications and render correctly across different platforms and devices.

Content Verification: Verify the accuracy and functionality of links, images, and other interactive elements within email campaigns.

Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure emails are compatible with different web browsers and operating systems.

Spam Testing: Perform spam testing to ensure emails do not get flagged by spam filters and meet industry standards for deliverability.

 HTML/CSS Validation: Validate and troubleshoot HTML/CSS code used in email templates for any issues or inconsistencies.

Usability Testing: Conduct usability tests to ensure emails are user-friendly and accessible to all recipients, including those with disabilities.

Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner, working closely with the development team to resolve them.

Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure email campaigns meet quality standards and business requirements.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test cases, test results, and any issues identified during the testing process.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and QA testing to continuously improve the testing process. Apply your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills to amplify the success of our development process 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 yearexperience in QA testing, ideally in the email testing.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge ofHTML, CSS, andemail-specific coding practices. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., SalesForce, Adobe Campaign, MailChimp).

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively report bugs and issues.

Tools: Experience with QA testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
