**How we imagine the ideal colleague**:
- **2+ years of experience in QA within gaming industry**:
- **Residence in Czech Republic (hybrid cooperation)**:
- Min. secondary education, University degree in a technical field is an advantage
- Strong interest in PC games
- **Ability to work independently**:
- Demonstrated software/hardware troubleshooting ability
- Strong analytical skills
- **Proactive problem solver**:
- Avid gamer
- Good communication skills
- Ability to occasionally come to the office
- Quick learner who likes to try new things
- Intermediate English communication skills

- Don´t be a C-player:
- What is the difference between an A-player and a B-player in the context of recruiting
**Considered a plus**:
- Experience with Unity / JIRA / TestRail
- Interest in AI/LLM
- ISTQB certificate (any level)
**Responsibilities**:
- Take responsibility for the quality of the project in general as we work in a small team
- Work closely with QA Lead and other QA Testers to learn development practices
- Maintain testing documentation up to date
- Detect and report bugs through both exploratory testing and adherence to test plans
- Provide testing estimates for features based on scope and complexity
- Compose constructive feedback for designers
- Identify process improvements and communicate them with the team
- Investigate and present relevant data from testing
- Identify test cases that may be automatable
