  For our insure-tech company SOBRADO, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious QA Lead.About SOBRADO
  SOBRADO is the leading Swiss insurance tech company that automates processes between insurance brokers and insurers. Over 100,000 annual insurance offers are processed via SOBRADO annually, accounting for 100 GB of data. The application consists of several key components:
  A business process application that manages insurance offers between insurers and brokers
  A database of terms and conditions that allows insurance brokers to compare policies
  A management information system providing insurance statistics on product popularity
  A domain-specific language (DSL) that transforms insurer-generated PDF offers into machine-readable documents for comparison
  A system that validates insurer offers based on rules written in the DSL
  The application is a web-based platform running on PHP and Java.
  SOBRADO has a team of 14 engineers in Eastern Europe and 17 employees in Zurich, Switzerland.
  The project is managed using a Scrum approach, incorporating modern development practices such as code reviews and automated testing.
  Role
  You will join the SOBRADO team in Poland (remote or shared office in Warsaw) to lead the platform quality assurance. This includes test/quality strategy, implementation, and operation of automation, functional, localization, usability, API, performance, and security testing, ensuring a performant, stable, and secure platform. You will work closely with two experienced manual QA Engineers and the Head of Engineering and maintain direct contact with the client in Switzerland.

  Excellent communication skills with the Head of Engineering, the Swiss team, the CTO team, and the QA engineers and developers
  Ability to lead the teams effort to increase and maintain product quality.
  Hard Skills
  Expertise in QA automation and manual testing
  Experience with functional, localization, usability, API, performance and security testing. Ideally, also experienced with the provision of clean test data. 
  Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for evaluating requirements
  Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  Languages
  English (B1 level or higher) is required for communication with the customer and team
  Russian and/or German is a plus
