About The Role:
Join our friendly Prague-based team as a proactive QA Engineer! Were seeking an enthusiastic individual to contribute to the development of a stable, reliable, and user-friendly Python-based QA Automation platform. Your role will be pivotal in fostering collaboration primarily between our Prague and Brno teams, supporting the creation of a platform crucial for testing our companys products across various departments. About The Team:
Our Prague team operates in its own office space equipped with individual rooms, offering a conducive environment for focused work. Comprising men and women, our diverse team primarily collaborates with colleagues in Brno, focusing on a specific aspect within our QA Automation platform. Meanwhile, teams in the US and India handle complementary aspects. Together, we collectively specialize in shaping our QA Automation platform, constructing robust tools that serve as cornerstones for testing our companys products.
What You’ll Do In This Role:
- Help the team effort to deliver a stable, reliable, and user-friendly Python-based QA Automation platform.- Collaborate cross-functionally with both Prague and Brno teams to refine and implement requirements, ensuring the platform meets the diverse needs of various QA departments.- Architect and execute meticulous test plans, cases, and scripts tailored specifically for the Python-based QA Automation platform.- Conduct comprehensive testing using both manual and automated methods to swiftly address platform imperfections.- Document, track, and communicate identified issues, collaborating with developers to ensure rapid resolutions.- Drive continuous enhancement and innovation, amplifying the functionality and reliability of our QA Automation platform.
What Youll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
- Proven expertise in QA Engineering or a similar role, focusing on delivering tools that enable solid testing for company products across various departments.- Mastery of Python and a track record in developing robust, scalable automation solutions.- Proficiency in Python-based test frameworks such as UnitTest, Behave, and PyTest, optimizing testing processes.- Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes pertinent to tooling development.
