Director Sales (M/F/d)
Tasks
- In collaboration with the current Director of Sales, you are responsible for key account management as well as the development, implementation and monitoring of partnership agreements.
- You define sales targets, work independently on optimising sales processes and keep senior management informed about the status of target achievement.
- You are involved in selection processes for new products and suppliers and participate in the preparation and implementation of marketing activities.
- Your tasks also include working with various industry organizations/associations, participation in audits and monitoring the market.
**Requirements**:
- You have completed a business or technical degree or have a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of relevant sales experience as well as good business and negotiating skills.
- You are familiar with technical products. Experience in the composites industry is desirable but not essential.
- You are a good networker, bring leadership qualities and have excellent English communication skills.
