What will you do?

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for identifying and securing prime locations for new beauty stores.
• Analyze market trends, demographics, and competitor locations to inform site selection decisions.
• Lead lease negotiations, including terms, conditions, and renewal strategies, ensuring favourable outcomes for the company.
• Oversee the architectural design process to ensure alignment with the brand’s aesthetics and functional requirements.
• Manage the construction and fit-out of new stores, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with external contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to maintain quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Establish and maintain robust facility management systems for all company properties, including stores and office locations.
• Ensure efficient maintenance, repairs, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Optimize office facility operations, including space planning, utilities management, and service contracts.
• Direct the car fleet management function, optimising vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and utilisation to meet operational needs.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure fleet policies comply with legal and safety regulations.
• Develop and manage budgets for real estate, construction, facility management (stores, offices), fleet operations, and people resources.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting risks, opportunities, and achievements.

What do you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in real estate management, retail property acquisition, or store development.
• Proven track record in leading architectural and construction projects.
• Experience in managing office and warehouse facilities.
• Advanced English skills (B2+) and fluency in Czech/Slovak.
• Strong background in facility management and car fleet operations.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, construction codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and analyze investment opportunities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
