• 3+ professional and practical experience in Project Management (PMP, APM, other)
• and 3+ proven records of successful delivery in Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Less, other)
• strong stakeholder and communication management skills
• excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
• familiar with Software Development Lifecycle and Change Management
• self-motivated, self-organized individual with ability of building relationship within the team and driving initiatives
• experience in building and managing virtual teams, ability to cooperate and work alongside with other software engineering capabilities in diverse environments
• highly developed personal and professional ethics
• ability to work under pressure with time constraints
• proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication), German would be an advantage
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent education
