For this reason, we want to expand our FP&A team with someone who will join our colleague Vojta Hotárek and become part of our Finance team at Notino, where you'll never get bored. What will you do?

• Design and implement methodologies for evaluating project rentability, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and other relevant financial metrics.
• Collect, analyze, and report data about realized projects to management for assessing actual outcomes.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis of proposed projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.
• Collect, manage, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability in rentability calculations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the financial viability of projects, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to support the prioritization and approval of projects.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on financial evaluation criteria.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and continuously improve the rentability evaluation process.

What do you need?

• Expertise in analyzing complex financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Ability to convey complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Commitment to ensuring accuracy and precision in financial calculations and reports.
• Capability to understand the broader business context and align project evaluations with organizational goals.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Mandatory proficiency in English (at least B2).
• Proficiency in relevant financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with financial metrics and methodologies used in project evaluation, including ROI, NPV, and IRR.
• Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis, project evaluation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field would be a big plus.
