**General description of your responsibilities**:
Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals and provide overall leadership to guide your project team towards successful project results. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Develop project scope of new requests and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks.
- Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. Mentors and provides expertise to other project team members.
- Identify required roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction that may be needed for a team member to complete an IT project.
- Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, IT management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.
- Identifies, tracks, monitors, communicates and manage project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects.
- Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.
- Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations.
- Organizes and conducts project team meetings.
- Utilizes current, counrty-wide and/or department specific tools and software to complete assignments.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of project management.
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Support and actively participate in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Ensure in depth collaboration and consultation with IT Operations and architects to achieve group goals.
- Develops Requests for Proposals (RFP), evaluates responses, and leads IT system selection teams.
***What we expect from you**:
- 4 years work experience in IT project management, including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Technical competence and experience, in order to understand and challenge the different activities, such as technical, marketing, purchasing, manufacturing etc.
- Ability to master complex situations, fast-paced environments and changes.
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to develop and document procedures and processes.
- Ability to cooperate with other individuals with a problem solving oriented attitude on a professional level.
- Ability to effectively lead a cross-functional, culturally diverse team towards a common goal.
- Excellent leadership qualities, with an open and collaborative working style.
- Ability to bring project to successful completion through political sensitivity.
- Ability to quickly understand new development processes and tools and lead others in their utilization.
- Ability to communicate efficiently with all organizational levels (co-workers, managers, steering committee, 3rd party vendors) from different countries and culture.
