Project Manager Ecoa - Operations

ROLE PURPOSE
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and Associate Director of Global Project Management, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing and leading project delivery tasks, including software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Simple to Medium complexity studies. Additionally, the Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations, and ensuring effective communication on project status.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead and manage project delivery tasks for software development projects, ensuring compliance with client expectations and change control processes.
- Support the implementation of complex, multi-product projects when necessary.
- Ensure projects are executed within established timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Review, approve, and maintain project and corporate systems and documentation.
- Handle client escalations independently, collaborating with internal and client teams for timely resolution.
- Take ownership of the financial health of assigned projects, including vendor management activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Identify and document Incident Reports with Quality Management, including client notification and closure.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

**Essential**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and software product configuration.
- Strong multitasking abilities and collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management, communication (oral and written), and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering first-time quality results.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint.
- Experience in project management or equivalent role.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable engaging with diverse and large audiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English.
**Desirable**:
- Background in Pharmaceutical, Medical education, and/or CRO.
- Experience in clinical trials/pharmaceutical industry/life sciences.
- Willingness to travel for business trips (up to 25% of international/domestic travel).
- Familiarity with the clinical research environment and GCP principles.
- PMP or equivalent certificate.
