+500 is the number of associates that will be part of Lead Digital Core (LDC) spanning across all units and functions globally at Novartis Group.
LDC will simplify the way we work and allow us to leverage data for digital innovation at scale. We will achieve this through a focus on high quality data at the core, supported by end-to-end enterprise processes and new technologies, including the transformation of our ERP backbone to S/4HANA and integrated digital solutions around it.
As a key player in our program, this role will be accountable for management of Internal and external integration aspects for Commercial Function in adherence with the LDC Program.
- Projects would be global/local depending on scope of LDC Release. Experience in Agile project delivery and general management in an international environment will be added advantage.
- Responsible for deliverables for that dependent project implementation. Monitor and report consolidated status of integration topics to ensure that impediments are addressed, aligned and mitigated accordingly.
- Robust understanding of integration topics concerning large scale SAP (ideally S4) Implementation.
- Identify and manage cross functional topics during process design and build and deployment. Manage collaboratively with functional solution teams, training team, architecture, security and other stakeholder groups to ensure common concept realization.
- Accountable for end to end solution of cross functional business scenarios like FIORI Space/pages/ Cross functional configuration objects etc.
- Lead Project integration activities during upgrades and major releases with multiple stakeholders. Manage and drive the enablement of Enterprise architecture in the respective domain(s).

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Over 12+ years of experience in SAP Project/Integration Management in an international environment.
- Broad and proven experience in functional integration topics of large-scale ERP programs, such as: integrated business scenario management, release management, cutover planning and execution, problems solving ability for complex cross functional integration topics
- Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships
- Experience in Agile project delivery and general management in an international environment. Experience working on Agile tools (e.g JIRA, Confluence) and Standard SAP Tools (e.g. Solution Manager) is a plus
- Experience in directing teams/peers and manage senior stakeholders on complex issues and provide complex, contextual guidance to influence actions of internal and/or external partners.
**Desirable requerements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/technical domains. Experience in managing internal and external experts in different locations and time zones.
