YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a software company
• Impeccable project management skills and proven expertise in managing technical projects with engineering and product teams
• A recognized project management certification is a must-have (eg. PMP)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software. We use ClickUp.
• You have hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and keeping teams on track to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to share your knowledge with the rest of the team
• You rely on solid communication skills and you speak English at a fluent level
• You work well across distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• A supportive team player with a strong work ethic, eager to learn and work independently as well as in a team environment
• You are passionate about business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and climate tech in alignment with Carbmee’s mission and vision

Your Role & Mission - We are looking for an experienced (Senior) Project Delivery Manager to join a great team in Berlin and succeed in our mission. You’ll be responsible for overseeing, planning, and ensuring execution of technical projects with our Engineering and Product teams.
