**The Role**
The **SuitePeople** Program Management Team is responsible for initiating and managing many cross functional programs and projects both within the Product Management organization and across other stakeholder teams within NetSuite such as SuiteSuccess, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support. Some of the programs we manage include: Product LifeCycle and Release Management, Product Acquisition Integrations, Product Launches, as well as Go To Market and Sales Growth Initiatives.
As a Program Manager on the** SuitePeople** team, your key responsibility will be to manage a Program portfolio that supports a variety of product development initiatives for our existing line of SuitePeople products (US Payroll, HR, Performance Management & Workforce Management (WFM)).

**Responsibilities**
Your work will include collaborating with Product Management and Engineering leadership and other business stakeholders to achieve creation of new **SuitePeople** product features/enhancements and manage the successful release of these features to the marketplace.
This will include:
- Defining and managing projects from initiation through delivery:
- Scope & Timeline Definition
- Status Reporting
- Risk, Change and Stakeholder Management
- Project Execution
- Project Retrospectives
- Facilitating collaboration with global cross functional stakeholders
- Oversight & co-ordination of the Product Lifecycle Program including release management
- Creating or modifying program frameworks
- Establishing and fostering relationships with stakeholders
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical work experience
- 5+ years Project Management Experience in a Product Development Environment
- Previous experience managing large scale projects with diverse global stakeholder teams
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus)
- Foundational knowledge of:
- Product Management Fundamentals and Processes
- Change Management Concepts
- Agile Principals
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written) to enable communication with all levels within the organization (i.e., Executives, Project Teams, Stakeholders, Development Teams)
- Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts
- Unfazed by ambiguity and demonstrated resilience in adopting change
- General knowledge of the HCM domain is an asset

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
