1. Responsible for production and planning at the cost centre (Harness production ) and fully coordinates with other departments.
2. Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies and costs
3.Develop and implements innovative solutions, new technologies and working methods in production in order to decrease costs and increase quatilty and speed of production (including IT solutions )
4. Evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems of harness production in order to increase efficiency and decrease costs of production -based on KPI
5. Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective working production process and methods and suggest investment needed for harness production
6..Responsible for order and cleanliness of workspace and machines.
7. Collaborates on 6S, Kaizen etc. implementation within the Production
8. Takes part in new product introduction and leads cost calculation
9. Responsible for new projects in production of harnesses
10. Checks occupational safety fire prevention and attendance.
11. Checks waste volumes and excess consumption at the allocated cost centre and takes corrective actions
12. Suggests improvements of occupational safety, quality, environment protection and fire prevention within the company.
13. Is fully available for all audits of the cost centres.
14. Organizes and manages all required trainings in line with applicable legal norms and internal regulations and guidelines.
15. Takes part in shift schedule preparation for all cost centres and is on duty as scheduled.
16. Takes part in monthly KPI evaluation at the cost centres.
17. Optimilize material flow inside Draka company with focus on maximal efficiency and cooperation of the whole organization 18. Optimizing of norm-time systems, introduction and implementation of the system and using of this tool for performance and assessment. 19 responsible for implementation, protecting know how and usage of harness softtware especially Creo 3, Winndhill, also participates on implamentation in ELEV BU globally
20 Optimilize communication flow inside of Draka Kabely and cooperates with other departments in order to assure flexible, effective and cooperative flow of information, including responsibility for documents, templates and instructions used in harness production
21.Cooperating and supporting global ELEV BU activity and act as member of global team
22Coaching, advising and solving of structural problems in production and other departments
23 Making production processes understandable and creating of reporting systems
24. Work in conjunction with the commercial team to understand the established and changing priorities of our customers in an effort to establish recognizable value to our customer base, by satisfying their demands.
25. Manage team which is responsible for technology of harnesses production.
26. Suggest salaries to his team, makes evaluation of performance and individual plans
