About the position: We are currently hiring specialists for the Yettel Project. Yettel is a telecommunications company operating in Bulgaria, Serbia, and Hungary. We are developing mobile applications (iOS, Android) and web applications for them, in collaboration with another major company.
Role responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of innovative digital experiences, spanning mobile apps and web platforms.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team to plan our delivery roadmap and ensure timely progress.
- Work with product peers to prioritize features and meet our delivery objectives.
- Analyze data to gain insights that will enhance our products and satisfy our users.
- Address challenges proactively, making decisions that keep us advancing and fulfilling our commitments.
- Investigate market trends and user behaviors to inform the future direction of our digital offerings.
During your work, you will engage with:
- AWS cloud solutions built with microservice architecture using Kubernetes.
- The largest Flutter community in Czechia.
- React.
- .Net.
Requirements:
- Proficient in software development methodologies and technical components.
- Expertise in managing product backlogs and translating priorities into actionable plans.
- Skilled in crafting clear and concise business process models.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Familiarity with APIs, QA processes, and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Miro, Figma, and Azure DevOps.
We appreciate if you have:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in identifying and assessing program risks, developing mitigation strategies, and creating contingency plans to minimize project impact.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced level of English.
