**Overview**:
**Product owner**:
The PO has a strong technical and operational understanding of the product and, as this is primarily an ‘internal facing’ role, they work closely with their Product Manager to gain a clear understanding of the business problems customers need the product to solve, as well as the vision and strategic direction of the overall portfolio.
the Product Owner works directly with the internal support functions like IT, billing, engineering, service management, and operations to define the pricing model, ordering, billing, cdr normalization, and reporting/monitoring/management tools
In addition to this, the product owner coordinates with selected partners, suppliers, and third party providers to integrate their solutions into the SITA product.
**What you will do**:
- Own the end-to-end quote to bill process of the product to ensure the operability of the final solution
- Engage with key stakeholders (IT, billing, operations, suppliers, service management, partners) to develop overall plan, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports for every project
- Orchestrate cross functional teams to complete projects deliverables within allotted timeline and budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and clarifications on product requirements
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth execution of the product integration with SITA/third party tools
- Enhance existing and new on-boarded products ecosystem

**Who you are**
Business / Engineering / Science / Software development related qualification to at least
Bachelor’s Degree level typically.
Other Degree level backgrounds considered
**Experience** **Knowledge & Skills** **Profession Competencies**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a significant product owner function.
- Structured thinker that can breakdown large problems into executable tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to motivate and influence project team members
- Experience operating in a distributed organization across virtual and cross-functional teams
- Experience in software development (Java, SQL, web services, Rest, API integration)
- Experience in agile devops
- Formal project management training. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
- Experience in OSS BSS systems
- Experience in infrastructure services (voice, sip trunking, lan, security, mobile) is a plus
- Experience in Air Transport Industry highly desirable
