Product Manager - Search & Relevance

We are gradually changing the functioning of Groupon, and for this, we need quality people. Thats why we are looking for this position - Product Manager for Search and Revelance.
Location:
- Prague/Brno, London, Valencia, Warsaw. We prefer to have you 2 days a week in the office for a better collaboration!
Key Responsibilities:
- The goal is to lead various projects and come up with ways to make things better, simpler, and more efficient.- Analyzing new opportunities and product weaknesses based on data and proposing changes to move the platform/product towards simplicity and clarity.- Product development to meet user satisfaction and business goals, including creating a roadmap and business cases.- Defining functionalities and new features.- Seeking new opportunities and inspiration from top players - how to scale the product, optimize, and introduce new features.- Prioritizing the best opportunities at any given moment and considering their impact compared to the effort expended.
What were looking for in you:
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. Knowledge of e-commerce website functionality and best practices, particularly regarding browsing pages and conversion funnels.- Previous experience managing a team of product managers or related roles.- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/start-up)- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes.- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing platforms.- Understanding of A/B testing principles, how it operates, and practical experience with running at least a few A/B tests.- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.- Nice to have: Experience with Recommendation Engines and ML Teams (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
