As our Product Manager for Adult Vaccines, you will be responsible for developing, executing and reviewing local brand activation plans in order to accelerate brand trial and increase brand share within new segment of adult vaccination, incl. digital tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan & optimize media plans for assigned brands and manage agencies with the best ROI
- Analyze brand & competitors‘ performance in order to identify barriers to usage, opportunities for growth and bring solutions to identified barriers & opportunities
- Execution of national and regional educational events for the entire adult vaccine portfolio
- Work closely with external stakeholders incl. professional societies, EEs to drive excellent execution of strategy at national and customer level
- Work closely with internal x-functional team: Vaccines Marketing Manager, Commercial Manager, Medical Advisor, Sales Force, KAM
- Managing brand A&P
- Accountability for achieving brand targets
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Some experience in brand management, ideally with Rx products, but experience with FMCG or OTC products are considered too
- BSc in Marketing/digital/science field
- Proficiency in both Czech and English languages is a must
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:
- MSc Degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven analytical & strategic thinking, experience in event/congress management is an advantage
- Being comfortable with complexity
- Ability to find common ground and overcome obstacles, influencing skills
- Enthusiasm, pro-active approach
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
