Product Financial Manager

We are looking for SMART enough - Educated ENOUGH - costing professionaled - RESPONSIBLE AND RELIABLE Product Financial Manager  to our Costing Department 

Main tasks :

• Manufacturing plant rate development on yearly basis to support new standard costs
• Analyse the manufacturing variances vs standard cost set on monthly basis
• Ability to bridge financial data
• Support commercial team for quotations that will be submitted to our OEM customers through our business units
• Follow-up the profitability for new projects
• Actively contribute to departmental initiatives/process improvements to enhance the overall department's effectiveness.
• Commitment to use- global costing procedures & tools
• Review complex bill of materials for reasonableness
• Provide product cost reduction estimates as required
• Support purchasing price negotiations as required through make/buy and target setting exercises
• Review manufacturing assumptions for reasonableness
• Communicate/ educate the organization regarding the cost date

Requirements:

• Minimum education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with preferably a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
• 3~ 5years experience in Automotive Engineering, Operations, or Finance.
• English language skills mandatory.
• Occasional travel required.
• Strong computer skills, i.e., MS Office, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
• Self-Motivated, curious and having industrial interest
• Technical interests and a desire to understand how things work.
• Demonstrated experience as a value-added team member.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
