As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products. You will bring your experience and expertise to the design process, ensuring high-quality designs and contributing to the overall success of the user experience. You will collaborate closely with teammates, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your role in our future:

• Looks for ways to improve the customer experience in the product.
• Implements new design based on requirements from the product team.
• Uses design thinking or other methodologies to define scope and user needs for the requirement.
• Creates design concepts and wireframes to determine a solution to pain points.
• Presents product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
• Suggests improvements to design and performance to product engineers.
• Performs research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of current industry trends and market conditions.
• Coordinates with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase.
• Modifies and revises existing designs to meet customer expectations.
• Uses the design system to complete everyday tasks.
• Tracks upcoming projects in Aha.
• Conducts UX checks on requirements for R&D.

Your profile:

• Proficient in current design tools (Figma).
• Knowledge of UI design principles, such as typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Capable of creating appropriate informational architecture and structuring content within a design effectively.
• Assess user behavior needs and challenges using human-centered thinking.
• Ideate using wireframes to explore concepts.
• Understand and use software production tools such as Jira & Aha.
• Manage own tasks in Jira, including estimation of story points and labels.
• Collect and analyze user data from tools such as Pendo / Google Analytics / GainSight.
• Efficiently use the design system to maintain consistency across projects.
• Properly use common design patterns, such as navigation, input controls, menus, filters, tabs, etc.
• Research and explore new technologies and design methodologies.
• Take responsibility for own work and decisions.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with other stakeholders.
