**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Architect to join our multinational organization. As a Product Architect, you will collaborate with teams across multiple locations and time zones, serving as the primary facilitator of architecture guidance. You will work closely with a system architects to transform components of the system into high level or detail designs, typically corresponding to the feature or capability level. The system architect will be responsible for the Epic or Capability-level architecture, while you focus on providing architectural guidance to the team or teams involved (Feature level).
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the system architects to translate system components into design specifications (typically HLD) at the feature or capability level.
- Actively participate in design reviews of system architecture, offering valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Take ownership of the architectural guidance for small, single-team capabilities, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality design principles.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge and proficiency in C++, C#, and Node.js technologies to guide the development teams effectively.
- Perform proof of concepts to validate and showcase architectural guidance to the team, facilitating a clear understanding of the proposed solutions.
- Formalize and document architectural visions using UML language and diagrams, providing clear and comprehensive documentation for reference and future enhancements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Ability to facilitate architecture guidance to team(s) and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with C++, C#, and Node.js technologies.
- Proficiency in performing proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and guide the team effectively.
- Solid understanding of UML language and experience in creating architectural diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to anticipate and address potential issues in advance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
