**We are looking for a Procurement Category Manager ready to take on a new challenge.**
As a** Procurement Category Manager**, you will:
- Develop and Execute Procurement Strategies: create and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing, supplier selection, and overall efficiency.
- Manage Supplier Performance: ensure high performance and adherence to contractual terms from suppliers.
- Implement Cost-Saving Initiatives: identify and execute strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and achieve cost savings.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: work closely with other departments to align procurement strategies with broader business goals.
**✏ **Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Senior-level experience (5+ years) in procurement.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment with enthusiasm.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in a wide range of procurement processes.
- Readiness to roll up your sleeves and negotiate.
