Cooperation for implementation of new technology/machinery/products
- Cooperation for the creation of technical specifications for tenders, coordination of investment projects in the production
- Creating and updating production procedures with respect to new products and its changes
- Cooperation during the development of new products APQP, FMEA
- Sample production, cooperation with R&D and quality dept.
- Technical support for serial production, creation SOP
- Continuous improvement of production processes, especially focused on material and labour efficiency
- Cooperation with the quality department on errors analysis, direct support at customer´s premises
- Continuous Improvement of production technology, cooperation with the suppliers
- Cooperation on projects with other departments with respect to the QMS, EMS, OHSAS
- Cooperation on 6S implementation
