Process Automation Engineer - Food Processing
Our partner, a global automation company, is currently establishing a new team that will be focused on supporting and delivering Process (PlantPAx) Projects across EMEA. This team will be based in office in Prague, supporting Industries such as: Life Sciences, Chemical, Food & Beverages. This position is ideal for a junior, a fresh graduate of bachelor´s program with 1-2 years of experience in this sector.
**Responsibilities**:
- Member of a project team tasked with delivering Process projects on PlantPAx DCS
- Design, Implementation and Testing of control system software including control modules, equipment modules, equipment phases, graphics, alarms, safety interlocks etc.
- Generating detailed design documents and qualification documents
- Ensure that automation systems and associated documents are designed in compliance with all relevant GMP standards
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science with a focus towards Automation & Control. E.g., Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics (required)
- Experience delivering Process Control Systems with PlantPAx is highly desirable
- Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA is required
- Knowledge of Batch Process Control, ISA-S88 standard programming
- Knowledge and experience of GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, ASTM E2500, GMP, etc. highly desirable
- Languages: communicative English (required)
- Legal authorization to work in the EU and UK
- Willingness to work & travel across EMEA when required, **more than 40%**
