• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Software Engineering; a Master’s degree in a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry with increasing responsibility, particularly in Systems Engineering.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to perform effectively under high-stress conditions.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methodologies, including DFMEA, FMEA, FMEDA, 8-D, and FTA analysis.
• Knowledge of power electronics, electric motors, and control systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and defect-tracking tools, such as Polarion, JIRA, or similar.
• Experience working with A-SPICE standards.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple regions and cultures.
• Proficiency in English; German and/or French language skills are a plus.

Problem Resolution Engineer

Location: Cracow (hybrid ) 

For our client, a global leader in sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive industry, we are looking for a Problem Resolution Engineer to oversee engineering initiatives that address product issues at every stage of its lifecycle. This role focuses on the development of power electronics inverters within the automotive industry and necessitates close collaboration with Project Leads, teamwork with engineering groups, and ongoing communication with customers
