**Principal Quality Advisory Consultant**

**Your responsibilities**:
In general, you will be involved in small to large projects, as we pursue various opportunities that will translate into assignments for our team. These can vary from developing supporting clients before, during and after implementation of Quality solutions, this includes business process advisory, solution enhancement and accelerators, etc. Initially, youll serve as a Quality Process Expert, contributing professional insights into quality processes, challenges, and solutions in dialogues with our clients as well as to help enhance our services to meet constantly client needs.
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Contribute to maintain and enrich our Quality Services
- Contribute to increase the internal and external awareness around our capabilities
- Engage with clients as needed, from initial sales dialogues to service delivery
- Deliver consultancy assignments including but not limited to:
- QMS, DMS, LMS implementations
- Facilitate client workshops
- Requirement specifications
- Business process analysis
- Desing phase and configuration support
- Data management and governance implementation
- 21st Century Training framework implementation
- Process and data framework for quality solutions
- Post go-live enhancement projects
- Customer success focus and stakeholder management
Generally, you need to be able to translate customer needs into solutions, provide guidance and recommendations to achieve best fit and best practice, facilitate bridging the solution to business processes, support identifying functional and technical gaps, and overall keep focus on realizing the desired benefits.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- 5+ years of experience in the field of Quality
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical quality system regulations
- Experience with facilitating online workshops
- Experience with IT systems like; Document Management System, Quality Management System and Learning management System
- Experience in implementing Veeva Vault Quality Applications
- Domain expertise within Documentum, Trackwise, Sucessfactors is a plus
- Knowledge about innovative learning solutions in a GxP regulated environment is a plus
- Consulting/Advisory experience and mindset
- Excellent planning and coordination skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written), fluency in German is a plus
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients
- Passion for quality and life sciences is a must

**Location**:
It is possible to work fully remotely from any place in Europe where NNIT has its offices. If you live in Denmark, you may be expected to come to our office in Copenhagen (with possibility to have flexible work arrangements)
**Language**:
Fluency in oral and written English is a must. German, French and/or Danish is beneficial.
**Mobility**:
Travel must be expected but will be kept to necessary business trips.
