PR and Communications Director @ Lviv IT Cluster

• Has held the position of Head of PR & Communications for at least three years;
• With a strong network among the chief editors of Ukrainian media;
• Has experience managing a team of at least three people;
• Possesses excellent soft skills and well-developed critical thinking;
• Stays up to date with the media landscape and knows how to respond promptly and effectively to media inquiries and news triggers;
• Can craft the right message and reach various target audiences;
• Knows how to manage the personal brand of company executives;
• Pays attention to details, understanding that every detail in communication matters;
• Has practical success cases (experience building communication strategies, handling crisis communications, and promoting executive personal brands) and is not afraid to share their failures because we all learn from them;
• Is motivated to propose quality solutions from scratch while advancing existing initiatives;
• Knows how to streamline processes, organize, and motivate the team;
• Has experience collaborating with international partners and global media;
• Has an English proficiency level of B2-C1;
• Can work in an office in Kyiv or Lviv and is open to business trips.

In this regard, we are looking for an experienced Director of PR and Communications Department – a specialist who can strengthen our team with their expertise and qualifications. Our ideal candidate is a professional in their field, proactive, communicative, a team player who can work effectively with others, and not afraid of constant professional challenges.

This position is open for our offices in Lviv and Kyiv.

Important details of cooperation:

• Full-time employment;
• Working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday;
• Office work in Kyiv (Creative States coworking space, Arsenalna metro station) or Lviv (Ulas Samchuk St. 3);
• We provide a laptop, office equipment and necessary software.
