Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Power BI Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining Power BI reports. Your expertise will help provide valuable insights to senior management.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Develop Power BI Reporting**:
- Create and enhance Power BI reports tailored specifically to financial usage information.
- Use your expertise in Power BI to ensure accurate and visually compelling data representations.
**Senior Management Support**:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports aimed at assisting senior management in understanding key aspects of the business.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to aid strategic decision-making.
**Collaboration with IDC Analytics Team**:
- Work closely with the IDC Data & Analytics team to implement new reporting solutions that align with the evolving needs of the team.
- Contribute to a collaborative and innovative data and analytics environment.
**Ad-Hoc Initiatives**:
- Engage in ad-hoc initiatives as directed by the manager, showcasing your adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Respond promptly to changing business requirements and provide timely analytical support.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Proven experience in developing **Power BI** reports and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, **DAX**, and **M language**.
- Proficient in **SQL** for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate reports.
- Excellent command of English
