**The project and the role description**:
We are looking for an experienced **PLM Consultant** **who would join a project for o**ur** **Swedish client, a global manufacturing company that provides professionals and consumers with forest, park, lawn and garden products.**
You will work in the NG PLM program as Husqvarna SmarTeam SME/SA mainly within migration and integration areas by supporting the ongoing activities with your SmarTeam expertise in various technical and methodological challenges with analysis, recommendations and solution proposals.
**Tasks**
- Understand technical solutions and synthesize it with functional requirement
- Understand the Husqvarna SmarTeam solution in deep, both from functional and technical perspective
- Propose technical solutions on how to extract data from SmarTeam or how to clean/improve data quality in SmarTeam to enable more efficient migration activities
- For technical issues, act as the Husqvarna representative with the external partner to the NG PLM Program, to solve and agree on feasible technical solution for data migration, double data management or integrations
- Secure SmarTeam stability and architectural integrity in negotiations around possible changes to SmarTeam solution to support integrations, data migration activities and double data management
**Required skills**
- demonstrate leading soft skills (values, collaborative mindset, leading posture, communication skills, agility )
- Proven record of working in PLM-systems and teams before
- Identify risks and provide mitigation plans
- Participate workshops with IT stakeholder (customers, editors )
- Defend his well-argued vision
- Endorse the end-to-end responsibility of the solution
- **Fluent in English** to work effectively in a multinational team.
- **Location in Czechia or Slovakia** for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings
