Physical Security and Office Specialist

Responsibilites:
- Support in preparation of policies, plans and procedures in the field of Physical Security and Safety (PSS) and related internal communication
- Proposal of solutions, implementations of measures leading to high maturity of PSS and PSS process improvement.
- Performing controls of compliance with PSS requirements given by central team as well as local legislation and fulfilling of these requirements (e.g access systems, CCTV, fire safety equipment, etc.)
- Collaboration with lamdlords and PSS related suppliers, maily with HS and fire safety provider (audit, training, and exercises)
- Active participation in projects connected with PSS.
- Participate in PSS incident management.
- Data collection for group Environmental reporting.
- Overseeing of Fleet management in all CEE locations.
- Coolaboration with other Office members to ensure smooth operations of Ostrava office.
- Cooperation and communication with other (COMPANY NAME) Partners departments in accordance with company rules.
- Acting in accordance with (COMPANY NAME) Partners values.
Your Profile
**Requirements**:
- Minimum secondary education
- Knowledge of English language B1 / B2
- Knowledge of MS Office, advanced PC skills
- Independence, diligence
- Experience with implementation of PSS measures
- Experience in Facility
- Responsibility and Reliability
