• At least 1 year of experience in a staffing specialist role 
• Strong skills in working with documentation 
• Excellent soft skills and ability to work with people 
• Structured approach, planning skills, and ability to work in a multitasking environment 
• Business communication skills 
• English - at least B1+ (both spoken and written) 
• Polish - at least B2+
