People & Culture Specialist for Personnel Cost Planning and Analysis

What We Need From You: * Calculate, monitor, and track the utilization and movement towards the personnel cost budget for the entire ČS financial group * Participate in the creation and evaluation of personnel cost plans, including FTEs (based on workforce analysis and planning inputs) * Prepare calculations and analyses of personnel costs for adjustments in compensation and benefits * Present calculation and analysis results to top management * Participate in projects for automating reporting in BI tools * Delimit personnel costs between units based on inputs from People Business Partners * Work closely with colleagues managing the workforce platform, as well as with colleagues from the Compensation and Controlling Teams What We Imagine You To Be Like: * You enjoy analyzing and are good at it * You have several years of experience in planning and evaluating costs (ideally personnel costs) * You are familiar with BI tools, proficient in PowerPoint, and have excellent skills in MS Excel * You can communicate and present effectively * Fluent English, cooperation with colleagues within the Erste Group * Teamwork is a joy for you * You seek ways and possibilities to complete your tasks and are not afraid of new challenges * You can focus on details while also seeing the broader context and solutionsWhat You'll Like About Us: * Friendly team and a great leader * Opportunity to be part of strategic initiatives that will have a significant impact on Spořka employees * Collaboration with colleagues and their support in completing tasks * Opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills and advance further * Great benefits * A work laptop, mobile phone, and coffee at the workplace are a given
