**THE ROLE**
The Payroll Supervisor is ultimately responsible for supporting the timely and accurate payroll delivery in countries with in-house or outsourced payrolls and for supporting/leading payroll projects. This role is focused on outsourced payroll.
**MAIN TASKS INCLUDE**
- First level escalation for audits and operational issues
- Responsible for people management in virtual, multicultural teams and ensures that SLAs and KPIs are followed within payroll area
- Responsible for payroll planning (business continuity, resource planning and people development),
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Collaborate and ensure payroll representation and transparency with internal & external stakeholders
- Coach team, colleagues & employees about SAP business policies & procedures
- Ensure implementation of project activities as Project Subject Matter Expert as a Project Lead or Business Owner for a project, responsible to ensure a project is delivered on time, in scope, and in budget
**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum of 2 years people management experience in Payroll/HR area is required
- Fluent in English, second language is an advantage
- Experience outsourced payroll and 3rd party vendor management Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Operational payroll knowledge
- Experience working within a customer orientated environment
- Experience working in diverse, international, and virtual teams is an advantage
