•    At least 3 years of professional experience of payroll experience in with a main focus on Dutch payroll
  
•    University degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related area is preferred
  
•    Experience in payroll software and systems 
  
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and automation
  
•    Very good command of English and Dutch
