- Supporting current Czech Payroll team with the in-house payroll year end activities and filings required for employee(s) and employer obligations.-
- Understands the Czech Labour code.- Collaborates closely with various HR functions and finance to ensure a smooth payroll processing and actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives.- Management of the Leave of Absence received from HR through Workday and responsible for validating the output accuracy against the CSSZ portal and regularized on payroll output prepared by third party payroll vendor ADP Globalview (Sickness, Maternity, Paternity, Parental, other unpaid leaves etc).- Collaborate and managing of 3rd Party Payroll Provider ADP (submit input to ADP through SAP database call ADP Globalview).- Ensures payroll and benefits reporting and payments are compliant with company policies and applicable regulations.- Responds to and resolve employee and internal stakeholder inquires via the case management system (Service Now).- Researches and interprets regulatory requirements for payroll processing.- Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role- Intermediate English (verbal and written)- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Czech Payroll specifically.- 3rd Party Payroll Vendor Management Experience Is preferred. Advantage if have ADP Globalview experience.- Clear understanding of Leave of Absence management and reporting requirements to the CSSZ and regularizing on payroll (Sickness, Maternity, Paternity, Parental, other unpaid leaves etc).- Understanding of Average Earning calculation and when it is applicable- Understanding of the Involuntary termination calculations.- Understanding of DPC and DPP contracts.- Attention to detail and methodical approach.- Confidentiality and data protection mindset.- Advanced Microsoft Excel user.- Able to handle multiple tasks, priorities and meet deadlines.
