Is this The Job? 

• Data Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports

• Analyze current business performance against historical data and budget

• Create presentations for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making

• Monitor and report on collection KPIs (such as Recovery Rate, PTP - Promise to Pay, and Gross Efficiency)

• Performance Improvement

• Evaluate business performance and propose actionable improvements

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational indices

• Support cross-functional teams, including debt collection (DC), legal, and financial management

• Project Support

• Contribute to the development and implementation of collection-related projects

• Assist in the creation of structured workflows to optimize performance in a matrix reporting environment

Are you a match? 

• Essential Skills

• Strong SQL skills

• Proficiency in Power BI

• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Office

• Fluency English, both written and verbal

• Soft Skills

• Analytical mind and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrix-structured environment

• Preferred Skills (we will help you learn)

• Familiarity with Python and R for process automation
