**People & Culture Project Manager**
**Why does this role exist?**
The role of People & Culture Project Manager exists to support people to bring their Human Best. Specifically responsible for managing wellbeing, recognition, mentoring and external and internal employer branding activities.

**What will you do?**
- you will ensure smooth running of programs/initiatives including, but not limited to Wellbeing, Engagement, Recognition, Mentoring.
- you will tailor and further manage the traineeship program to support talents pipeline.
- you will be responsible for the budget’s allocation and reporting withing the respective programs.
- you will ensure positioning the company as an employer of choice within the competitive landscape in various external certifications.
- 3 years of experience in HR, Marketing, or Internal communications
- University degree or equivalent
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and fluently speak Czech/Slovak
- Have great project management skills, Agile project management.
- Enjoy storytelling and content creation, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Embrace a collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across different stakeholders and functions.
